Nebraska Home Sales does a weekly radio show on KFOR, 1240 AM, every Saturday morning from 8:05-8:30. Start Moving™ with Nebraska Home Sales is hosted by KFOR’s Dale Johnson and Rich Rodenburg, the show covers all topics related to buying and selling real estate in the Lincoln, NE area. Dale and Rich will talk about everything you need to know about the housing industry in and around the Capital City, plus will bring a different guest every week to discuss different aspects of buying or selling your home.

December 30, 2017. Rich and Dale welcome back Mark Zeller, AtoZ Radon Solutions and Zeller Home Inspections, for the last show of the year. Learn about radon, how radon enters your home, and the mitigation process. December 9, 2017. Deb Melichar, CharterWest Bank, is back in the studio today with Rich Rodenburg and Dale Johnson. Deb has good news! The upper level loan limits have been raised to reflect the increase in home prices–new and existing. Rich’s weekly numbers reflect this increase. Values are going up. They discuss the new tax plan up for discussion in Congress. They also note that the market has slowed only a little during this holiday season. It’s still a great time list or buy a home!
December 2, 2017. Rich and Dale are excited to host Jeff Graham, Nebraska Home Sales Realtor, for the first time on the radio show. Jeff’s been with NHS for about a year. Listen as he shares about his life as an IT person prior to becoming a real estate agent. Jeff chose real estate as a second career. And he chose Nebraska Home Sales because of their small, personal size. Finally, Jeff and Rich talk about the Nebraska Home Sales website–what to expect and how to navigate it.
November 25, 2017. Rich and Dale host Rich’s son, Max, attorney with Remboldt Ludtke. Rich and Max talk about the rules about realtors and writing/filling out contracts. Realtors can’t give legal advice. What can a realtor do and not do? When should buyers and sellers consult an attorney?
November 18, 2017. Rich and Dale visit with Dan Young, Service Call, about this year’s fundraising project. This year Service Call is trying to raise $40,000 for the Jullia Rose Foundation to provide tracking devices for autistic children.
